Crime part 1

Can't believe how fast time flies. What did I get up to this week?

Sunday 30th October - I went to Stonehenge, Windsor Castle & Bath with my housemate Pedro. It was pretty cool. We had to be at the Novotel Hammersmith at 7:30am for the pick up. We actually left Victoria Coach station at about 9am and the bus drove past our street on our way! So we were imaging the sleep in we could have had. Anyway it was a good tour.

Monday 31st October - I didn't go to the gym because it was Halloween. Tina, Graham, Pedro and I carved pumpkins and ordered pizza. We had some trick or treaters come to the door which was fun.

Tuesday 1st November - I think I was going to go to the gym but went home instead and lazed about.

Wednesday 2nd November - I went to the gym after work

Thursday 3rd November - I went to see Fulham vs Krakaw Champaions League game at Craven Cottage. It was pretty intense. There were loads of Krakaw fans, and a lot were in the Fulham section which made the atmosphere very tense, a lot of swearing. They got kicked out and moved up to the other end of the stadium. By the end of the game there was an entire section now full of fans who'd been moved. Schwarzer took a great save and Fulham won 3-1

Friday 4th November - Went to the Horse & Groom with my colleagues after work

Saturday 5th / Sunday 6th November - Have been feeling a little anxiety building up and stayed in bed most of the weekend. Need to get out and see some friends to make sure I don't let myself go into that isloation mode I sometimes put myself in when I'm feeling a bit off. I'm going to Curtain's Up soon for pub trivia with Carina and Tim so hopefully that will lift me a little. I was walking up to the supermarket earlier today and had my purse in my hand. Like a flash, this guy rode past on his bike and snatched my purse out of my hand. I ran after him for a few metres but it was pointless, so I ran home and called Lloyds and Encompass straight away to cancel my cards. The visa guy with Encompass was dreadful! He was misspelling EVERYTHING! I had to keep on saying STOP, listen again. These are the things he got wrong... my credit card number, my first name, my last name, my phone number, my street name in Sydney, my street name in London, my suburb in London "Hammersmith... like you hit a nail with a hammer!" Maybe I was a little flustered but he was still hopeless!

My 1st Halloween!
